Safer Sets, Different Stories: Why Gender Balance Matters

Gender equality, the prevention of violence and harassment, and the accountability of all stakeholders are becoming essential benchmarks for a sector that stands at the intersection of industry and creation. The stakes are not only organizational but also artistic: an industry that does not fully make room for women deprives itself of half of its perspective on the world.
